INTRODUCTION
These « Terms and conditions » represent an agreement between the Client « you », and Espace Scalaire Sàrl « we ». We provide Clients with Services as defined below. These « Terms and conditions » explain and clarify our obligations to you and your obligations to us. They represent the entire agreement between you and us. By using the Site and the Services in any way, you agree to comply with these terms, our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices, conditions or directives published on the Site.
BENEFITS
Access to facilities and meetings
We offer the use of the place and access to EESsystem® technology in different formats:
– Day meetings Reservation from 2am to 8am during the day
– Night sessions : reservation of 12h during the night
– Packages : packages of hours valid 1 year
– Events : concerts, conferences, workshops
– Photos : photo in space according to the principle of quantum intrication
Any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Payment of meetings
Payment is made when booking online or before the session, in cash, by bank transfer, credit card or Twint
Non-repayment clause
All reservations are closed. No refund will be made once the session has been booked, even if the services do not meet the client's expectations. Booking a session is the responsibility of the client.
Limitations of liability
All the information on this website is purely informative and does not constitute medical advice.
Health choices for the client, or his or her relatives, are his or her own responsibility and must always be discussed with his or her doctor or a qualified health professional.
Our sessions do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. In case of a health problem, it is essential to consult a doctor.
Espace Scalaire does not prescribe, treat, cure or diagnose any disease.
Our services are not recommended for mentally fragile people, especially in cases of severe depressive disorders or schizophrenia.
Finally, any minor under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Espace Scalaire disclaims all liability for minors left unattended.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are charged at 50%. If carried forward within the same week, these fees will not be applied.
The customer therefore accepts:
– respect payment obligations
– to comply with the cancellation policy
Non-guarantee clause
The results may vary by person. We do not guarantee any specific results. The testimonies and examples cited do not guarantee similar results. The advice provided during the sessions is a companion and does not replace the client's personal responsibility or free will
PRICE POLICY
The prices of the services are clearly indicated on the website. They are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included, unless otherwise stated.
Espace Scalaire reserves the right to change its tariffs at any time without notice. However, the price applied is that in effect at the time of booking.
Promotions, discounts or special offers are valid only during their display period and are not retroactive.
APPLICABLE LAW AND LEGAL FORM
Presents « Terms and Conditions » are governed by Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute, action or procedure arising out of this contract, the exclusive legal forum shall be situated at the registered office of Espace Scalaire in Switzerland.
AMENDMENT
Presents « Terms and Conditions » can be updated at any time by Espace Scalaire Sàrl.
In case of major changes, we will inform our customers whenever possible.
It is the customer's responsibility to consult regularly the most recent version available on our website at https://scalarspaces.ch/tc
Electronic signatures or any digital acceptance (checked box, online reservation, confirmation e-mail) shall be deemed equivalent to a handwritten signature and shall have the same legal value in the context of these « Terms and Conditions ».
