Sleep quality
I tried a two-hour session at Espace Scalaire and found the experience quite astonishing.
For a start, the place is really lovely. You feel at home there straight away. Marianna and Toni are very welcoming, put you at ease, and their explanations are simple and clear.
I’ve suffered from bruxism for years and, for the first time in a very long time, I woke up from a nap and then from a night’s sleep without my jaw being completely clenched. A week on, the effect is still there – I feel much more relaxed, even during the day.
The same goes for my sleep: after several years of difficult and restless nights, I’m now enjoying much deeper sleep. I wake up feeling truly refreshed and with much more energy.
The effects are still noticeable a week after the session.

In 2024, I had a significant sinus infection that affected the nerve running from my nose down under my eye to the point where I lost all sensation. This weekend, I had the opportunity to spend an evening and night exposed to scalar waves at Marianna and Toni's center in Noville.
And I feel a deep gratitude for what I experienced.
I arrived with a severe headache that I'd been carrying for two days, physical pain, a well-established flu-like state… and especially a foggy mind, with fairly dark thoughts, something that doesn't usually happen to me.
To be precise: I had contracted a virus a few days earlier. On Thursday, the first symptoms appeared. On Friday, I spent half the day lying down, with very low energy levels. On Saturday, I felt a slight improvement, but a terrible headache persisted at my temples and the back of my neck.
Upon arriving at the center around 6:00 PM, I immediately felt something. Like a sensation of being wrapped in cotton.
A diffused softness. A subtle but very real sense of calm.
I went to bed around 10:30 PM with the intention of sleeping. I had a little difficulty falling asleep because my nose was still congested and breathing was difficult. Then I finally fell asleep.
I woke up around 5:45 AM, almost at my usual time, with a very clear sense of well-being. And especially with an extremely clear memory of my dreams. With an almost unreal clarity, limpid, vivid. I don't remember ever experiencing this with such intensity.
I felt so good that I stayed lying down… and fell back asleep until 9:00 AM.
Since that night, a deep sense of well-being inhabits me. An alignment. A quiet joy. Something settled, stable, luminous within. I am sincerely grateful to have lived this experience. Thank you.

Hot flashes
Since my visit to the Espace Scalaire, the changes have been truly impressive. I hardly have any hot flashes anymore and my sleep has improved tremendously. Before, I would wake up every two hours; today, I regularly manage to sleep through the whole night.
Thanks to this better sleep, I feel much more rested and in a much better mood on a daily basis. Even during my work days, I notice a clear decrease in hot flashes. Honestly, it changes your life.
I felt results very quickly: from the first session and the first night, I started sleeping better. It's been a few weeks now and the effects continue in the same direction. I was struck by the restful atmosphere. The air seemed almost denser to me, and yet I felt light. Rather skeptical at first, I decided to try without questioning myself and I was surprised.
There is an atmosphere that instantly puts the body and mind at peace, as if one entered a bubble, completely cut off from the world.
I chose to spend the entire night, even though I didn't sleep much. To my great surprise, upon waking I felt more rested than usual, with a sensation of calm and balance, even serenity. (On the other hand, I've never drunk so much water in my life).
What struck me most were the days that followed: a surge of energy, clarity, and above all a contagious positivity—in short, I was in great form.

It brought me a certain inner serenity and also more drive to do very simple things that I used to put off.
It's silly, but in terms of household organization, I have much more energy for housework and tidying up.
It's far from being the way I'd like, but I no longer have those blockages and those moments when it seemed just overwhelming to me.
Now, I go at it telling myself that it's a pain... but that it has to be done and that I'll feel better when it's done. It seems trivial, but it's as if a new energy was pushing me.

I’d heard that the EESystem’s field could help relieve pain associated with the menstrual cycle. In fact, a friend of mine who has endometriosis had told me she’d experienced a marked reduction in her pain, to the point where it disappeared completely during her period.
So I decided to give it a go. To my great surprise, the pain stopped instantly as soon as I stepped into the EESystem field. It was truly impressive.

My first experience with scalar waves
On the recommendation of a friend, I went there in December 2025 with my wife. However, I wasn’t entirely convinced. I found it very pleasant to spend two hours in a calm, relaxed atmosphere.
I slept well the following night and woke up feeling refreshed. Afterwards, I went out with my wife and, to my surprise, I walked with ease, without needing my walking stick or my wife’s arm. Ever since I had a stroke in 2021, I’ve had trouble keeping my balance. My wife said to me, delighted and full of admiration: “You’re walking like a young man!”

Feedback from my session at Espace Scalaire.
I’ve noticed that the eczema on my face has improved significantly. I no longer have any itching.
Furthermore, I have an autoimmune condition (lichen planus) for which I’m on a course of corticosteroids. I stopped all treatment a month ago because it wasn’t working for me. Following my appointment with a therapist, who is treating me for this, she found the tissue to be much less stiff and more supple. And just for the record, I’d been on cortisone for nearly two years to keep it under control and prevent flare-ups, without any real improvement.

I wanted to share a brief testimonial following my stay at the Espace Scalaire in Noville last August.
At nearly 69 years old, I particularly appreciated your warm welcome, your helpfulness and the quality of your organisation. Everything was top-notch! Your advice was spot on, and the lists of local shops and services were really useful.
But above all, I was pleasantly surprised by the effects felt after that night.
Suffering from peripheral neuropathy in the feet, I noticed a significant improvement in my symptoms, which I'd estimate to be about 30 to 40%.
After about three and a half weeks, some symptoms gradually reappeared, but in a milder form. And most importantly, the pain on the top of my feet, which used to be the most severe, has almost disappeared!
I wanted to share this particularly encouraging personal experience with you.
